Agreement and proposals
These terms apply to the Creative Solutions website and services. A signed or accepted proposal, statement of work, order form, or similar agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement controls.
Services
Creative Solutions may provide website strategy and design, development, SEO, content and marketing support, integrations, AI-assisted automation, maintenance, and related consulting. Exact deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, revision limits, client responsibilities, and timing are stated in writing before purchase.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD). The proposal identifies one-time and recurring charges, due dates, taxes if applicable, and approved third-party costs. No active checkout or subscription is currently offered through this website.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, necessary access, timely feedback, approvals, and rights to materials supplied. Delays in these items may change delivery dates.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, dangerous, or unauthorized activity. AI and messaging systems must use approved facts, appropriate consent, opt-out handling, and human escalation where needed.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licenses for final deliverables, pre-existing tools, stock assets, third-party software, and work files are defined in the proposal. No ownership transfer occurs until required payments are received unless the proposal says otherwise.
No guaranteed outcomes
Creative Solutions does not guarantee search rankings, advertising performance, lead volume, revenue, uninterrupted third-party services, or the accuracy of third-party AI systems. We agree to provide the defined services with reasonable care.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, ad platforms, AI providers, payment processors, messaging carriers, and other platforms have their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies. Third-party charges are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The applicable proposal may include service-specific terms.
Liability
Any warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms must be reviewed and finalized before launch and may be supplemented by the proposal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
